First time I’ve listened to the Bitter Infertiles Podcast. I was getting on with my day – cleaning the house and sorting my life – but with the company of these women. I love this podcast.

I really believe in ‘tapping’ which they talk about in the Podcast. Tapping is amazing for processing negative emotions as they mention in podcast.

‘It’s hocus pocus that works.’

It’s easy to slip into darkness, tapping can help you get out of that and to heal.

The exhaustion they talk about can just be emotional exhaustion but often it’s a shift in energy happening. Yes, really does sound hocus pocus doesn’t it?

Also, I’m totally a chaos muppet. A drama queen of all drama queens and a Lil Miss Last Minute. What are you?

A potent spell. All women alike
Fight fiercely for a child.
